Overnight Oats: Mix together in a glass jar with a tight lid.- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk, dairy or dairy-free
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, or dairy-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- A pinch of salt.

Chasing The August Blues
The evenings are shorter and the birds are at rest...or maybe already taking off on another migration. The geese are focused on the new mown fields down below, foraging for the long trip south. And we're making the most of the last harvests of summer. Blueberries, corn, tomatoes...but especially blueberries.
