Subscription Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how to make changes, and how cancellations are handled.

How subscriptions work

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select (for example: every 2 weeks, every month).

  • Your payment details are stored securely.

  • Only you can access your payment information.

Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time by using the links in your order confirmation emails or by accessing your customer account. From there, you can typically:

  • Change frequency

  • Swap items 

  • Update quantity

  • Update shipping address

  • Update payment method

  • Skip an upcoming order

  • Pause or cancel

Change & cancellation timing

Changes, skips, pauses, and cancellations apply to future orders.

  • If you make a change before your next scheduled charge, it should apply to the next order.

  • If your upcoming order has already been processed or billed, the change may not take effect until the following cycle.

If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you confirm what will apply to the next shipment.

Billing & payment issues

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to re-process the payment. If payment can’t be completed, the upcoming shipment may be delayed or skipped until billing is resolved.

Shipping address changes

Please update your shipping address in your subscription portal as soon as possible. If an order has already been processed/shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.

Returns & refunds

Food products generally can’t be returned for food-safety reasons, but if there’s an issue with an order (damage, wrong item, missing item, or quality issue), please contact us and we’ll make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
