-1/2 c BOLA granola Barely Sweet
-1 1/2 c berries, fresh or frozen
-1/2 c yogurt, local or siggi's
-1/4 c coconut water or more to get the consistency you like.... -

Overnight Oats: Mix together in a glass jar with a tight lid.- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk, dairy or dairy-free
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, or dairy-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- A pinch of salt.
