Thank you for shopping with BOLA granola. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and shipped. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Orders will not ship until processing is complete.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary based on destination and shipping method selected.

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. BOLA granola is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, service disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available for orders of $54+
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent via EMAIL and/or SMS once your order ships. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not be immediately available.
BOLA granola is not responsible for tracking delays or inaccuracies provided by shipping carriers.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly with your order number. Resolution options, including replacements or refunds, are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions

Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Requests for address changes or order cancellations must be made as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
BOLA granola is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
