It has been a busy time since our last newsletter. The first week of May brought an unexpected flurry of sales when Ina Garten again shared her love for BOLA granola. This time in an article syndicated across thirteen publications at last count. We have spent the subsequent weeks sending BOLA granola all across the country, even to Alaska! As a result our newsletter community has more than doubled. Welcome to all of our new subscribers! Since we have new readers joining us, we thought we'd share a favorite recipe that is perfect for these lazy summer days. Our summer Sundays often begin with pancakes on the porch. This recipe is a classic, made even better with the addition of BOLA granola and blueberries. Summer is upon us here in the Berkshires where the roads and shops seem especially busy. Just about now we make our way to Jacob's Pillow to catch world class dance performances against the backdrop of the Berkshire Hills, enjoy wonderful local theatre or simply head out in our kayaks to get a close-up of the river's edge.
