•1 frozen açai pack (Thirst recommends Sambazon) NB–this recipeonly works with a frozen açai pack, not the powder. Blends which include guarana will be slightly sweeter.
•4-6 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk (make your own, or be sure to use one that is carageenan free)
•1 frozen banana
•1 cup frozen berries
•1 tablespoon nut or seed butter
•1 tsp raw cacao powder Toppings
•Your choice of other fresh fruits, seeds,or nuts.We like this bowl with strawberries and bananas.
•Place all Bowl Base ingredients into a blender and blend on medium high for approximately 30 seconds. Your goal is to create a blend that is the consistency of a thick soft serve yogurt.Do not over blend or your bowl will be soupy.
•Scrape your blend into a bowl, add toppings of your choice and enjoy immediately!
