We take the best care of your granola while it is in our hands. When it leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible. Unless we made an error (which happens on occasion), we are not liable for addresses entered incorrectly or lost, stolen or damaged packages. Our service is making granola, USPS and UPS provide the shipping service. Please take it up with your driver. If there are special delivery instructions, include these in the memo field on your order or give us a call at (413) 528-4645. We will always do our best to help.
This goes for squirrels too. Squirrels and chipmunks love BOLA granola, can you blame them? Please have a safe delivery place.
