BOLA granola
good morning every morning with BOLA granola

Michele Miller has had a passion for good food since her childhood in the Berkshire hills of western Massachusetts, when she watched her Parisian mother turn out elegant dinners and delicious desserts. She discovered early on that food gives pleasure, both to those who make it and those who eat it.

Michele began her professional career at Alice Brock's infamous restaurant, and opened Suchele Bakers in Lenox in 1975 where she produced artisanal breads, European pastries, and all-American pies in her tiny store front bakery. She pioneered prix-fixe dining at the now-famous Old Inn on the Green in New Marlborough and opened the iconic Boiler Room Café in 1987, where she was chef and owner until closing it in 1997.

Michele introduced BOLA granola in the spring of 2008 and is winning new fans every day at groceries, food coops and gourmet markets. BOLA is an artisanal granola, made by hand with all organic grains, 20% almonds, and tasty pepitas. A serving of Bola provides ten grams of protein and 20% of daily fiber, but this is nourishment greater than the sum of its parts. The crunchy good taste and absolute freshness keep you coming back for more.
